On May 17, 2018 (83 FR 22865) the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) amended its regulations by making technical corrections throughout the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. The Agency made minor changes to correct inadvertent errors and omissions, remove or update obsolete references, ensure conformity with Office of the Federal Register style guidelines, and improve the clarity and consistency of certain regulatory provisions. Parts 350 through 398 were affected. The effective date of this final rule is June 18, 2018.
