On Thursday, June 15, 2017 (82 FR 27536) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invited public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information. The information collection is entitled, ‘‘Licensing Requirements for the Independent Storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel, High-Level Radioactive Waste and Reactor-Related Greater than Class C Waste.’’  Comments should be submitted by August 14, 2017. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the commission is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
