On June 16, 2016 (81 FR 39317), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a notice and request for comment in the federal register to request approval to extend an Information Collection Request (ICR) entitled, “Designation of Agents, Motor Carriers, Brokers and Freight Forwarders,” which is used to provide registered motor carriers, property brokers, and freight forwarders a means of meeting process agent requirements. Please submit your comments on or before August 15, 2016.
