Effective November 30, 2020 (85 FR 68790) the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) amended the requirements of the requalification periods for certain Department of Transportation (DOT) 4-series specification cylinders in non-corrosive gas service in response to a petition for rulemaking submitted by the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA).  Effective date: This rule is effective November 30, 2020.  Voluntary compliance date: Voluntary compliance with all amendments is authorized October 30, 2020.
