On October 17, 21017 (82 FR 48283) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested comment on the draft regulatory analysis, “Draft Regulatory Analysis for Final Rule: Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal,” and seeks specific cost and benefit information to better inform the updated draft regulatory analysis. Submit comments by November 16, 2017. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the NRC is able to assure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
