This course is designed to provide participants with information relating to transportation of goods requiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and/or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Course participants have the opportunity to use current copies of applicable regulations and gain familiarity with those regulations. The emphasis of this course is to provide managers and supervisors guidance in implementation of and compliance with FMCSR as identified in 49 CFR Parts 325-399 and Part 40.

Examination
Successful completion is achieved with a passing score of 80% or better on a written exam.
Record Keeping
Successful participants receive a certification stating that they completed the course.
